Paid plans include monthly voice allowances: Starter 30 minutes, Business 90, Pro 180 and Accountant 300 per business. No automatic overage charges. Available when voice processing is enabled for your service.

Questions, answered.

Does PaidNow calculate invoice totals?

Yes. Quantities, prices, tax, discounts and totals are calculated by the server and stored in PostgreSQL. Client or AI-calculated totals are never authoritative.

Can I use my own logo and colours?

Yes. Upload your logo and PaidNow can suggest a matching palette. You remain in control of the final colours used on invoices.

Does PaidNow store card information?

No. Paid checkout is hosted by the payment provider. PaidNow stores the provider references and confirmed financial outcome, never card data.

Do I need WhatsApp Business or a Meta account?

No. Use ordinary WhatsApp to send your invoice PDF and payment link. PaidNow does not send messages or reminders automatically in this workflow. You choose the recipient and press Send yourself.

What do I need for payment links?

Connect your business’s supported payment processor. Your customer pays through that provider, which handles settlement to your business. This is separate from your PaidNow subscription.

Can I create an invoice by speaking?

Yes, when voice processing is activated for your service. Speak in English or Afrikaans, review the transcript and suggested draft, then approve it. AI never issues or sends an invoice on its own. Paid plans include the monthly voice allowances shown above; clients do not need their own AI account.

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes up to five issued invoices each month, with customer records, a dashboard and professional invoice PDFs.
