What you need
- Your own WhatsApp Business Platform account and registered business number.
- A payment method added directly to Meta, plus any Meta verification required for your account.
- An approved Utility invoice template with a PDF document header.
- Customer permission to receive invoice messages.
Our dashboard guides you through connecting your account, verifying your number and template, and setting up delivery notifications. Setup currently uses your Meta app credentials; one-click Meta onboarding is not yet available. Never send credentials by email or chat.
